Shelley has been involved in All breeding Herding for over 9 years with her German Shepherds.  She owns, bred, trained and trialed the No. 1 & 2 High in Trial Herding German Shepherds in Canada .  Cheyenne is the only GSD in Canada to have obtained a CKC Herding Advanced Title (to date!).

Shelley recently added a border collie to her "family".  Riggs is already doing some very promising work.  Even though she is looking forward to learning more about big field trials with her border collie, Shelley's first love is with the all breed dogs!   She has attended many herding clinics in Canada and the U.S. with several top trial judges and stock dog trainers and feels this is an important part of learning.  

In addition to working her own dogs, Shelley has also been doing instinct testing and giving lessons on stock with a variety of breeds (Rottweilers, Smooth & Rough Collies, GSD's, Corgi's, Border Collies, Shelties, Swedish Vaulhunds, Australian Shepherds, Bearded Collies, Belgian Malinois, Tervuren, Cattle dogs and even a Great Dane!).  She is a member of Canadian Kennel Club, B.C. German Shepherd Dog Club,  Collie Club of B.C. and the Lower Mainland Sheep Producers Association.
